They're Behringer Truth 2031As
I've all the Behringer products I've used...except these
honestly, they're amazing - by FAR the best bang for the buck studio monitors you can get
they're clones of a Mackie model that costs twice the price
of course they aren't 2000$ monitors but for the price you pay they're simply amazing.

ive been looking into getting some new monitors cause the ones i have (krk 6") are crap for mixing and everytime i come off the decks my ears ring like mad
what are yours like for mid and top range? my mates got some m audio bx8's and they have quality bass for mixing but they havnt got very good mid and top range

well, for monitors you want a flat response
these have a pretty damn flat response (they're the 8" model so they're loud as well)
there's settings on the back to adjust them to the room size as well so they sound pretty good once they're tuned, IMO
I find them good all around but I'm suprised KRKs would be bad

the 8 inch VS 6 inch is definately better in terms of bass response and overall loudness fromn my experience...
most audio stores let you compare side to side
