I haven't watched the Eurovision song contest since Gina G lost was robbed of victory a couple of years ago. Seriously, what panel of judges can watch a redhead dancing gyrating in a dress long t-shirt made entirely of mirror discs ... (let's just savour that image for a moment ) ... and then vote for an Irish folk-song?! I mean, what did they think they were paying attention to? The music? It's the Eurovision Song Contest ferchrissakes - who the hell watches it for the music?

[end rant]

OH MY GOD....Some of that was so painful!!! But here are the votes from the Stevie C Panel.....

Romania 12 points (closest to hardcore)

Sweden 10 points (Very Abba)

UK 8 points (Good enough for third but can't vote for self so...)

Iceland 8 points (really!!)

Russia 6 points (Having TATU is cheating!!)

Turkey 4 points (Actually inmpressed)

Holland 2 points (decided not to be pôlitical and vote for Eire or Malta)

Belguim 1 point (Damn I live here, erm...)

France 1 point (This has nothing to do with the war ok!!)

For comedy value Germany (never let us down!!) Poland, Israel,Latvia, Estoina but that prize is owned by the Ukraine (a top p!ss take I hope).
