Lol. Isn't ginger ale already ginger ale flavoured? That would be like having Dr Pepper flavoured Coke or something.

Well yes but it's no different than having pizza flavored pringles or something. Or cheese flavored popcorn. It's ginger ale with a hint of green tea. They also make white tea flavored.

it sounds tasty, i wish england would be a little more adventurous with our drinks.
America seemed to lack the variety of food that the uk has, and the Uk seem to lack the variety in drink that the US has

(not that this makes any difference as you're in canada right?! lol)

Really? America has like 10 varieties of everything lol :x It depends on what you mean by variety though, since I found the opposite, that the UK doesn't have as much variety (like you'll have 2 flavors of something but here we'll have 5 or 6) but also has similar foods packaged totally differently (like squeeze bottle sour cream). Canada has less of what the U.S. has, but similar style food, except less processed/crap food and less bulk packages.

thankfully you did. I was about to properly bitch you out for that comment!

If the amount and variety of foods and restaurants have anything to say in the US, it's that we hate to cook lol

mmm, but the lack of non-meat options still shows lack of variety though.
both veggies and meatys can eat food without meat in it.

was just reading up on it, aparently the same % of people are veggie in the states as in the UK (roughly 10% of the population). so as to differences in menus..It's just much more acceptable to be veggie over here I guess. nobody over here has a coniption fit if it ever comes up in conversation, whereas in the states if it ever got mentioned everyone seemed to stop and stare......or perhaps that was my accent ;)

combination of both I imagine lol

but majority of restaurants will have a couple of dishes that are vegetarian, but not sure about full-out vegan. There may be a lack of vegan restaurants here, but vegan food definitely not. We have bigass groceries with a variety of fruits and veggies, farmer's markets, and most large cities will have ethnic-influenced large groceries. Here in Houston we have grocery stores in Latino communities with fruits and veggies that are popular amongst all of central and South America.

We have 2 Chinatowns with a few large groceries with their variety of fruits and veggies, and they even expanded many groceries in neighborhoods not necessarily predominant with Asians, and they've been very successful. I guess though only major metropolitan areas are as diverse as we are here in Houston.
