Indeed...maybe we should see if we can get Silver to put a lock on them.
IE make them read only. That way people can still browse through them, cause there is loads of info in some of them,...but stop people from filling the board with stuff others have already read, 2 or 3 times b4.

i'd say make them read only after 6 months of being inactive then delete them after 12.
then again,if it's silver deleting them manually it might take some time so forget it if that's the case

or maybe he shud just delete any thing that has no use wot so ever , coz some of the inactive stuff does actuly have some desent info on, or maybe there shud be a different section , for inactive topics , so all the topics that have been in active for a certain length of time (6 months maybe) should be put in this different section .

yah, an archive is the way to go, just store everything older than 6 monthes in there, and if ppl really need to talk about it they'll post a new thread
