breakbeat, i wish that more people would go back and use some breakbeats in the newer releases....

i cant decide... i mix it all so.. i say BOTH
depends on my mood...sometimes i love that fuggin kick drum banging dwarf shit...but then i can be in the mood for the uplifting breakbeat slammin vinyl sheot :) ITS ALL HARDCORE ! hehe

I prefer the stuff after 95 whith a kickdrum. Or anything with a kickdrum actually (HHC that is) :P

why choose? why not have both?
nothing better then rolling breakbeats over a kickdrum :)
it just makes hardcore so much more interesting.

I like a set that starts out with breaks, then works into a 4 beat. The breaks get you wanting to dance and hyped up, then when the kick comes in it just pushes you further with that steady rhythm!
Ahh, I wanna good hhc set :(
