Anyone else having problems with IMO records? I was using it the other week & it worked fine but it seems they have made a few changes that means I need to have my password reset! The problem is that I cant do this until my acount has been activated! 
I sent an Email asking for help but only got a link to an 'anti spam' site which made things even more confusing!

to e-mail imo you have to register with the "anti spam" thing or something like that.

worse is, you need to do it every single fcuking time. I'd rather have a direct mail address to spinback than using that sheit again...

ok I will try them again later! Dont think this whole 'Anti spam' thing is worth it really! It seems to be creating more problems than it is stopping...

It doesn't create any problems for imo though does it. I would imagine if they felt necessary to employ an anti spam service then its money well spent.

kev energy and the nuenergy site has the similar spam filter and you could always try pm'ming spinback on here although i beleive its a different guy that deals with the download part of the site:)

I supose your right if they have alot of spam problems... Will need to write an E-mail to them if I dont get a reply soon.

^^^ Do you have much Bouncy Techno from 1994-1997? I need stuff in mp3 or CD format most but will accept vinyl if nothing else is going! In fact in the two years I have been a member I dont think I have been to the record shop here much

I bought the "Techno Wonderland" tune from IMO the sound quality is piss poor, which has put me off using their download service more

imo are crap i started using them in 97 or 98 (whenever they opened) iv been sent wrong items, items i didnt even ask for & damaged goods, their crap i havent uesd them for awhile now cuz they suck

dude, i live in sweden, i've ordered atleast 70+ vinyls, and only thing that has gone wrong is that I got Mashed Up 5 instead of 4

Well while looking around for the stuff I wanted I came across another site that was alot cheaper, far easier to sign up to and had more of what I wanted! All IMO are doing is putting their customers off with their tirrble registration! It is impossible to contact them aswell so all this anti spam stuff is unnecessary! To prove your not a robot you have to not only write the correct letters (you know when ever you sign up to something you have to write the words as you see it) but you have to arnswer a maths equation!  Needless to say im not spending a penny on them unless they sort the site out!
