Am getting a warning saying this when I try and adjust the 7 band EQ in FL Studio and then it crashes. Help anyone?

hmm.... dunno maybe your dll's for that effect have gotten corrupt somehow. i can always send u mine and u can over write them and see if that helps.
or
just switch them for parametri EQ's, i never use the 7band one myself

I can't live without my 7band :) Quick easy EQ'in for general fluff. Seems to have stopped after 7 or 8 attempts of re starting... If it fooks up again if you could send it to us that'd be great, cheers mate.

That is a fault generated in the what was once called a maths co-processor, in
the cpu, more common in pentium and celeron cpu's. sometimes caused by
conflicts with dll's and hot cpu's.

it's because you have an Intel CPU
it happens when you leave your computer inactive for too long in production software and then use it
restart the software and do it right away and you'll be fine
If you had an AMD this wouldn't have happened (**** Intel)

Nah it happens even if I've just started up the software. It doesn't happen if I play the whole track through once before making any adjustments... Not too much of an inconvenience I guess but annoying none the less.
Cheers for the input guys but any ideas on how to fix it? If it's to do with the processor how come it only recently started doing it? Surely it would have always done it if that were the case. Could it not be a corrupt file like XtarsiA suggested?

This is a stab in the dark mate but i have found Fl can be quite twitchy when you use a new synth or effect. For some reason it dosnt like certin programs. Ones that work fine in say Cubase will cause problems in FL.
Have you loaded something into a channel that you havent used in other projects? I loaded a couple of synth's into my tracks and that messed up several fruity plugins.
I might be way off but if you are running something new try getting rid of it completly and see what happens.
