Yes, open the FL6 folder go to, data -> patches -> packs drop in pack of your choice and load from the browser :).

is it only playing a pattern? have you tried puting it in song mode?

or you could click on the bottom section of the 'playlist' panel. It will prompt you for the song file, that way you will be able to skip through the clip and shows you a waveform which can help if ur trying to beatmatch it.
