Theres a few it could be:
Dj Yves - Buging
Human Resource - In The Hall Of The Mountain King
these 2 are dutch hardcore but if its a happyhardcore version then i think its called:
"Motorway Madness" (cant remember who buy)
and if its none of them then i dont know

theres an old Brisk & Trixxy tune called "Inspector Gadget" that rips the Alton Towers tune. Got the sample "This is the police speaking, this club is closed, forever" doo do doo doo .......

umm brisk & trixxy never made a tune named that, and the inspector gadget theme doesn't sound like in the hall of the mountain king =P

Its not Motorway Madness, i had a listen on IMO, what are the dutch tracks? Its possible it could be one of those...

I think the one you want is MOTORWAY MADNESS by VIBES and WISHDOKTA. It has 2 mixes on it. They are both remixes, but i have a feeling this is the one you mean. It's realeased on happy trax dbm2620.
