i know they aint the greatest tunes ever but how come tunes like darren styles - gettin better, love decade - so real, breeze and styles - slide away, darren styles - drop zone and system f - cry (re-con remix) aint been released on vinyl? does anybody know if they've been released on digital download yet? if so i think thats awful! vinyl are the traditional means of dj's playing tunes! it'd be a sad loss if vinyl just died out because some of the tunes aint gettin released on it! it loses some of the fun just downloadin tunes! part of the fun is going to a record shop and tryin out the vinyl on the shops 1210's! or even listenin on the net and waitin for the postman to arrive wit your vinyl!
i know its cheaper n easier wit the digital thing but don't you think it loses the fun?

All to be released on Raver Baby. If you consider that Gammer power within from bonkers 11 is still scheduled for a release on a Raver Baby. You may well have quite a wait

Vinyl doesn't sell very well anymore, downloads don't sell either... CD compilations sell well, so your gonna find this trending happening more and more in the future which is really bad for up and coming DJ's.

If all the labels grouped up maybe they could get cheeper pressings or even buy there own pressing equipment. It really sucks that vinyl doesn't sell so well, I would probably die if they stoped selling it :(

Despite the medium that they use to present the music, DJ's must posess the same basic skills. A shitty DJ will be a shitty DJ no matter what.
The bottom line is that vinyl is extremely expensive to produce and distribute. One wrong move, or bad luck, with one release and a small label can lose it's ass. CD's and other digital formats offer a more viable solution to these problems.

yeh most of those tunes u have mentioned will probably be released but unless raverbaby gets its slow ass in gear, itll probably be another 2 or 3 years or so.
I really do think CDJs are starting to overpower vinyl. . Which is sad in a way because I love my vinyl :(
Luckily keeping up with tunes isnt so hard here because there isnt really anyone that get unreleased stuff (well maybe if a big DJ comes here they might get a CD or somethin)
but most ppl have to wait till stuff is released.
