I use Reason 3 and am currently trying to get my head round fruity but I hate the way it's loop based, makes it hard for me to get variation coz I'm used to the Reasin way of doing things.

Congrats on starting to produce, I use a mixture of Reason 3 & Cubase SX, does the job.

I've been messing with Reason for alittle now and it is quite excellent. It does everything you would ever need a production program to do. But I only have the demo and it quits after 20 mins but I can get the student edition for $150 but is the student version the same as the regular version? I have the money in my pocket but, I am in a stand still. Records or Reason? hard decision.

In FL, you can use the piano roll to sequence your tracks in a way that's almost identical to Reason. Once you get the hang of everything, it really doesn't have to be loop-based at all.

Another thing to really tke it seriously is a Virus model. Virus C costs about $1400! Hell yeah show us!

yes i'm erpeating myself, but im desperate, any one able to teach me hwo to use the sequencer? (and dont waste your time typing it on here ill get lost, lookin for someone to talk with on msn or teamspeak or something liek that, thanks m8's)

If you want software like Reason 3.0 then just use find the ******* of it on the net and download for free (although highly illegal no one gives a shit, apart from Propellerhead)
