On the Piano Roll section is there any way you can copy and paste to prevent me having to do the same things over n over again. Me and my mate have been rackin our brains and tried everything. There must be a way???

Yep simply click the select icon located at the top left corner of the piano roll (the dotted square) drag round what you want to copy then paste, copy, position... your done.
*edit* Must have missed your second post somehow?

heres what you do.
Crtl A, then use the top scroll bar to move across to your next section then Crtl V
boobs are cool.
