what you like with a pen? i've lost some good friends in recent years and when i get down about one of them i do something creative, make a tune, write a lyric, draw a picture and dedicate it to them. You are often your most creative when emotional and it's nice to have something at the end of your strife that you can keep and will always be special to you as it will remind you of your dad or whoever.
write a poem about your dad... if you need a start write down twenty words associated with him and start there...
Keep your head up and use him as a motivating factor in your life.... that's my advice.
Peace.

once when i was angry about something cranked up
scott brown - stomp, in my car. Got a speeding ticket lol.

"How do u get over somethin like that as time hasn't healed 4 me?" -quote

actually, you dont get over it. you remember the good times, and you just tell yourself that they ARE in a better place now. Im sorry for your loss.

Onna personal note, since i play alot of sports i like to 'dedicate' my efforts for that person...win lose or draw i always walk away with great pride that for one day i gave a 120% for a lost freind/family member. although sports might not EXACTLY be the answer...goin out and doin something you love and dedicating your effort to them always helps my pain.

it doenst work for some people..just thought id throw it out there.
