What is in drugs that makes people want to hug and kiss everybody, regradless of Gender.
Also how does it feel when you want to Hug and Kiss everybody, do you have any control of it, or is it Involuntary uncontrolable Love of peoplle.

it totally depends on the person i mean ive had guys come up 2 me at raves saying how am i hugging me and u hug back aint had many birds come up to me though which is a shame lol na i dnt need drugs the music makes me merry all abt the hardcore peace love unity way it should be

I think you'll find they don't, they might make someone who is usually paranoid about hugging and kissing people because of what people might think less paranoid about it but that’s it really. You tend not to make instant judgements about people you don't know as well so you don't distance yourself from strangers as much as you would.
