got this white label that says "step 1 - the hotstepper" and 70031 is written on it also, i guess it's a cat. #. anyone know if this is the actual artist/title? i've also been told that it was done by vinylgroover.
oh and where did the rip come from???

It's definitely by Vinylgroover... I remember it having the identical arrangement to one of the earlier TWO releases I think it might be the original Together Again
