To all bay area ravers: Im going to throw a rave but i need some help with finding a venue, if you have any info on a venue in the bay area please let me know!

Is 2nd & Jackson still ok? Or is the Mayor of Oakland still being all fussy about his daughter overdosing like a twat...
You know... a place that was way cool also was bout 3 hours up North in the mountains. It's a botanical garden and is privatly owned. So no police allowed 
Frequency 8 threw a party there once. You may want to go down to Haight street and ask em about it. It was their 4 year anniversary party if I am not mistaken. It's a beautiful location. Outside too!

and one other venue that was way cool was a quizard. But I forgot the name of the city. Santa something... just noth of SF. I dunno if that helps.

2nd and jackson is long gone...as well as a lot of other venues. Your best bet is probably army & connecticut in sf, the santa clara legion hall (which only goes till 2 am), or the gallery in san jose.

Were tryin to find a venue up in the bay area too, actually have a couple in the works right now, ill keep u posted! The gallery in san jose at the moment is under financial probs and doesnt look like its gonna be around much longer tho :/

Well there are tons of spaces at the moment. Ill check if its cool for me to pass on the info of the space that I threw my warehouse party at. Xenodrome in SF is larger and you can probably throw something down there. You should also check with the dj shops local like because Im sure they have leads on spaces and all.
Yeah throw it in Oakland! (there are some good warehouse spaces up here). I can then walk to the venue or have a party at my place before the fact :) hehe.
Also if you have bank I know the civic center in the city is freaking HUGE and I have been to party there. Just down throw it down in SJ or something like that. I dont like having to go too far for a party :)
