I don't know why I expected it to be an amazing fight, it was, predictably, boring as fuck.
I noticed on my Facebook not a single word of support for Mayweather, but as soon as the fight was over, it was all "greatest fighter of my generation fact", "#teammayweather", "best boxer I'll ever witness" etc etc

Bit of a dissapointment wasn't it? No major talking points, no knockdowns. Have to hand it to Mayweather though, he was excellent and outboxed Pacman. He may not be the most exciting to watch but he always does what is required to win a fight and has proved that he is the best boxer of his generation.
Really wanted Pacman to win but he simply wasn't good enough. I can't believe he actually thought he'd won the fight in his interview afterwards. I expected him to start the fight better than he did but I think he was surprised by Mayweathers more offensive than usual start. This left him chasing the fight and from about round 6 or 7 it became clear that ko was the only way he could win, no easy task against the undefeated Floyd Mayweather.

Yeah a big crowd of us went round to my mates house to watch this, played poker before hand for a few hours and then watched the fight, i'm not a boxing fan but I actually started to get excited about this fight round about the Wednesday, with all the stuff in the papers and stuff, but it was a disappointment, and I was disappointed with pacquiao, wanted him to win, and done a we bet on him for a bit of intrest, but ended up disappointed on all fronts

Yeah I was expecting a really epic battle, something like "Rocky IV", with blood, swollen faces and total exhaustion of the fighters...
I was going for Pacquiao, but I have to admit Mayweather fought with more strategy.
I mean, he kept hugging Pacquiao, and running around like a *itch, but I guess at the end the few punches He could give made him appear more effective.
