i am a tad crazy, but loveable.random is my middle name.i was a podum dancer in a club in plymouth called dance academy the one that is now shut down,big blow to the heart when that happened(boo hoo)anyways yeah im nuts love to get hammered and party hard(the harder the better)i think this phase sums me up perfectly wind me up and watch me go.
i would put my fave tunesd but i simpley cant pick i love so many and feel as though i would betrey some of them if i didnt put them first so i refuse to upset my tunes mwah xx

oof, so.
I'm a new member here, and I'm SOMEWHAT new to the scene. I knew it was there, but I never really delved into it much, and I really don't think that I'm going to; I'm just out to discover new stuff and what's out there, and, well, HHC is a style that I think is beautiful in many ways and it's very underappreciated by the mass society...

was chatting to chris last night while listening to ian rushmores
set on npt and was pointed here.
I first discovered Ionosphere litterally by accident back in late '93.
I was DJ'ing at a club called (i forget how to spell it now) procinium
and was having a practice set during the day with new records I bought
a few hours earlier. one of the records was the Just 4 Me EP.
later that night it was time for my set and it went off... girls loved
just for me ony my way home I was almost in an accident and when trying
to avoid it two crates tipped over in the boot. when I got home I found
a few records had broken one of them was the just 4 me ep and i was really
pissed at that.
a few days later I rang the phone number on the lable hoping to order a
new copy I was speaking to Tonys dad and we had a yarn for a while, from
memory I left my name and details and a few weeks later there was to new
copies of the EP in the mail. and I still have that letter that came with
it. "how did you get a copy in australia, WE WANNA KNOW"
the rest they say is history,
I've DJ'd alot with the ionosphere ep's and they always kicked ass.
Kid you not I attracted so much attention with those Ep's that other
DJ's were rifiling my records, several went missing, even my flat was done
over. I never lost the Ionosphere vynils, they were kept seperate from
everything else.
so here I am....shouts to all :-)

I have been in and out of the rave scene since I was 14 so that would make it 5 years. WOW Time really does fly when your having fun.
ALTERNATIVE GENRES alot too many to name but love drum and bass also and are all for the junglist movement.

i used to know some folks in the scene around here more or less through the american cheese board but i guess that's gone now. eventually stopped spinning happycore about four or five years back but still have all my recs and my equipment (first and last love). starting doing noize and experimental hardcore but now school and work have pretty much made that impossible :\ been thinking bout the scene and the music lately and how much i miss it. just looking to meet folks in the area who are still down.
