I like egg sarnies tbh and don't care if it's mashed or sliced. Nice with a bit of ham or bacon. Never add mayo though.

Man, doesn't that get boring? lol I try and change my lunch every week and dinners every day. Couldn't just eat the same thing over and over, it'd kill me. I do love cooking though.

I thought you said chicken drummers? Or does that mean something else up north? It's breaded, reconstituted chicken to me. I guess you just mean chicken legs and thighs or something then? Not so bad in that case. :P

Yesterday for me looked like:

Breakfast: Oats, raisins, pint of milk.
Lunch 1: Chicken stir fry with eggs, onion, peppers, broccoli, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, carrot, sweetcorn, garlic and ginger. I add lime juice, soy, and oyster sauce for a bit of flavour and just add the tiniest bit of oil and cut it down with water as I cook if things start to stick. I'll do something like this in a batch for the week so I don't have to make it every day.
Lunch 2: Tuna sandwich.
Dinner: Chicken and Mushroom Pasta in a home made mushroom sauce with blended mushrooms, onions, tarragon, fresh peppercorns, garlic, a good chicken stock and a splash of wine.
Snacks: Apple, Greek yoghurt.

On workout days I'll tend to have a smoothie after with whey, milk, oranges, bananas or whatever fruit is left over that needs eating up too.

How much protein are you trying to hit? I try and get like 170 - 200 grams.

For some people it's just a means to an end though (whether it is here i don't know). If you have strict diet goals for whatever reason it's kind of necessary, so that you're able to have complete control over macronutrient and calorie intake. That's assuming the people in question don't have your cooking skills!
My own diet would be horrifically boring for most people but it serves a purpose which would be unachievable otherwise.

as far as the uk goes, most people wont have them when they leave school, and mashed egg sandwiches becomes the best part of going to funerals

Yeah I guess so. I just adapt recipes so they fit but I guess I do a lot of fannying around adding up calories and macros so to people who don't enjoy that it's probably more boring than eating the same haha. Websites like Myfitnesspal are a huge help these days though, that's what I use to simplify things.

Yeah, thighs and legs are all good, I'll grab some from time to time. Quite a handy high protein cold snack too if you just cook some up and stick them in the fridge. My misses was vegetarian too when we started going out, I turned her lol. Eats all meat now.

**** steroids yeah. May get big but it sure as shit won't do your body any good in the long run.

Blimey, 6 times a week is a lot! Do you split body parts or something for rest time? I don't really have time to get into the gym that many days. I just do a full body workout Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday which is working well for me at the moment. Gives me time for muscles to rest and rebuild properly and keep progressing well. Doing mainly compound stuff with a few isolation exercises but I think I'll have to change it up soon as I have a massively dominant left side and one arm and shoulder is getting noticeably bigger that the other lol
