I've been really getting into Scorpio and The Producers old skool mixes lately.
There are 2 tracks in this set that got my attention and would love to know the I.D.s

Here's the video link:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_O3RJ_vN5I

and the times the tracks play (one right after the other)

1st song starts 13:19 (After Sharkey burps into the mic)
2nd song starts 18:02

The swing groove added to the beat in that 1st song is awesome and I've never heard anyone do that before.
The 2nd song starts off as Drum N Bass before switching to a 4/4 beat later on.

Also, what style of hardcore is this labeled as, or is it Gabber?

Any info would be awesome (i just hope they arent unreleased as my luck usually has it. I hate that ********)

Hard to say. They played all sorts back then. I'd just classify it all as Hardcore (or Gabber if you prefer. Gabber is a UK term) to keep it simple.

1st one is Producer called http://www.discogs.com/DJ-Producer-The-Only-I-Can-Do-It-EP-Or-Pump-Up-More-Volume-In-1997/release/54936 If you like that style I'd recommend all Deathchants from number 1 to about 30 including the albums.

2nd one is also Deathchant, I think its the Producer remix off this - http://www.discogs.com/Dolphin-And-DJ-Tox-Weak-Motherfckers/release/56262 definitely a Deathchant though.
