It seems Hullabaloo in Canada was the last strong hold for whistle possie/horn's crew tradition in North America. I've been to many Happy Hardcore events where whistles were not allowed. All be it, I can understand why the jaded raver might find whistles annoying, but I've always wanted to be a part of a night like the old 90s Rave days.
Are there any scenes in the States that still have a whistle or horn's crew? Or has it just died out for the most part?

No whistling at all? This must be the fact that you're not one of those sexy Swedish long-legged blondes.
