Do you ever share the sets afterwards? I'd like to hear that, but there's no way I'll be awake at 5am!

Indeed we do, US time unfortunately doesn't work well for the time we stream. Downloads are available a few days after the show stream on our MixCloud account - www.mixcloud.com/Freeformaniacs and include download links in the descriptions.
You can also follow us on FB, we post links to the MixCloud sets as soon as they are available :D
