hey guys. thought I'd share this petition link here if anyone's got a minute or two to spare. It's about an army vet's dog who will be put to sleep for biting someone. I remember the many times my own dog would defend himself and this particular case seems unfair. Thanx for your time.

I was going to ask why the law should be different for this person than anyone else but: 'The person who was bit admits that they spent several minutes punching, kicking, and hitting him with a metal pole before he retaliated.' - Why is the dog still being put down? One of the most retarded things I've ever heard of.

this one of the reasons why I'll never get a dog. No one puts down a cat if it bites anyone. That and dogs are high maintenance shits.
But yea this is really terrible that the dog will end up getting put down for defending itself. What was the reasoning behind her beating the dog?

I'd rename the title though, because people are just going to think you're talking about the Dutch and not check the post.
