IMO Samination has every right to be pissed and demand answers. The fact that it was a free offer is irrelevant. If it was a "first 100" thing, it should have been clearly stated on the advertising. All this does is make TrackItDown look like one of those dodgy porn sites that has "free porn", once you subscribe to them for just $9.99.

I'm not questioning is right to complain. I'm just saying that there are more important things to complain about. I also don't think that analogy is accurate as at least there you have spent money. He has spent no money. If he has spent money then it's different, obviously, but i was assuming he hasn't.

Of course there are "more important things to complain out", who here has denied this? What you're forgetting if you're on a site with a forum that you willingly went into to say they should be complaining about more important things. Which I think is quite hilarious, considering you could of just skipped over the thread altogether.

Nothing wrong at all with being disappointed or even slightly upset at not being able to get a free track you were promised.
Yes, there are plenty of more important things to be bothered about but the topic is about trackitdown doing people out of a free track - not this niggly pain in my right hip or my dad's high blood pressure!
