whatever non domestic beer they have on tap, usually go the microbrew route. would drink bourbon but that gets expensive at most bars here, on the rocks or in a manhanttan

Fosters as you know it isn't even sold in Australia. And yes, if it tastes anything like VB (the main beer produced by fosters brewery), it tastes properly like pigshit. If it taste more like crown lager (the other main beer produced by the fosters brewery) it's slightly better but still not good. Most fosters beer is produced under licence by Heineken, very little, if any, is produced or sold in Oz
