One of my mates pulled this fit bird the other night and his reason for not carrying things on with her was because she was a few inches taller than him. Found it kinda funny that something like this would be a deal breaker for some people.
Curious what the girls think on this too.

funny, I was talking about this yesterday with my friends. We all agreed that it's weird to date a girl that's taller than you, but if she's a hot broad then a one night stand is cool.

Yeah I guess it would depend how much the height difference is. For me, I don't think it would be so bad.

I don't understand the question. I mean, why is this an issue? Dating a taller chick is more of an achievement for men and more of a challange for women. I mean, when people look at such an odd couple, they tend to think about the woman 'What does she see in that midget?!' and about the man 'What's his super power to keep her entertained?'.
Only problem I can think of is, when the chick keeps teasing about his body size. It's like calling her a fat cow...

I don't think so. It'd have to be a special exception. You can show me the hottest chick in the world yet I won't like her if she's taller. I guess it's because all kids in my elementary school looked a bit younger for their age, and I started growing up earlier. Thus few years ago i just couldn't understand guys who like girls few years older.

What I find quite funny is that when us guys mention about the physical attributes of the opposite sex, it always tends to be about whether they are too taller, too short, too thin, too fat or to be more common whether "she's fit" or "a minger".
Does any of this really matter? Fair enough if you find someone attractive but you don't need to be so picky about how they look. In my opinion it's about finding someone you like, see what you have in common, enjoying each others company, having fun and seeing where the relationship takes you in the future.
EDIT: To answer the question, Maybe :D
