Righty, my friend code is 2964-9263-7841 I wont get a change to be online much over the weekend I doubt but I'll add people on Monday. :D
Soooo, who played the Resident Evil Revelations demo them!? I thought it was amazing, deffo getting this game now! I find going into the options and changing aiming to 3rd person view and gyro controls really improves things. I prefer playing in 2D though as I think they bodged the 3D a bit.

Only just got mine so missed out on that. Mind I paid a fraction of the price I guess!

Im not much of a gamer anymore, but MAN does it take me back to hear about AC and RCT3. I may buy it just for that!
RCT is definitely one of the games that got me interested. Taking a theme park on the go with you is great. :D Definitely something that would keep me entertained on car jouneys. I find action games hard to play in a car because you're getting chucked around everywhere lol.

Animal Crossing will be great this time around, Fantasy Life looks to deliver the same thing but it's the first Brownie Brown game I've seen in ages so I'll be hoovering it up provided it gets localised.
My friend code: 2836-0685-3452
Will take a look at Fantasy Life! Not read about that yet. :)

Yeah I'm looking into this actually. Worried it might void the warranty though?

The problem with Nintendo is that after the GameCube, better yet, after the N64, they quit caring about 3rd party developers. They just keep reiterating the same game over and over for each new system. Zelda, Mario, Donkey Kong, Kirby, Metroid, and Star Fox. TBH, those franchises should all die and Nintendo be forced to come up with something new instead of rehashing a game from the 80's and 90's.
It amazes me how many people go ape shit when a new Mario game comes out.
(course, I'm the same when it comes to Dynasty Warriors)
Notice I didn't mention Pokemon? That's right, they actually changed their game in their latest releases.
Yeah they don't have as many 3rd party games (on consoles) but I think that's more because the console is different to Sony/Microsoft's offerings so it can't use a direct port. It makes sense that most developers will go for the others consoles as they can release on both consoles and PC and hit a much larger audience. I'm always running one of these machines at any given gen though so it doesn't bother me. I find enough good games to justify a purchase every time personally.
Sure Nintendo have rinsed their IP but I'm not bored of them and have been playing for 20 years so meh. :P I think they're good at keeping each game fresh enough to justify it with new ideas etc.

You should check out the 3DS. ;) It's worlds apart from the GBA.

I'm also excited for the new Paper Mario, they're going back to the RPG style (the way it should be). Besides AC, I really only bought the 3DS for those 2 games.

The Resident Evil demo is great, I died twice before managing to complete it.

Resident Evil: Revelations dispatched by Game yesterday! Be wicked if I get it today. :D I'm guessing they put it on a 3 day delivery so it gets to me Friday though. Can't wait to play it now.

Yoko, so Metroid didn't change for the Gazmecube? And Nintendo's always been about gameplay value, not innovation 24/7. True, Mario is as repetative as Mega man (+100 games), but don't count Zelda or Metroid into that, since they've more about story than being first (Metroid was first with the first woman in gaming, but that was just for the western release too).
