He probably would notice it right away, due unlike myself he was able to really experience his teenager years.
And he dislikes any kind of electronic music, although he notices and respects some things in it. He is as addicted to Rock and Metal like I am to electronic music.
I already collect arguments to convince him to let me go and I have found some strong ones during the last months. Elsewise I will enjoy myself drinking cider and fine Scottish whisky while talking to my brother-in-law.

you should try playing him some early gabber. I used to be a big metal fan when I was young and I was whoo'd over by the 220 bpm with the occasional guitar riff.

I'll be of for a week and a half  so looking forward to it big style
Christmas eve will be spent in the local pub
Christmas day will be geting the presents open, then geting a lovly dinner followed by alot of drinks in my house, then i'll go to a friends or my brothers for more drinks
Boxing day will be spent in the local pub aswell
Then on the 29th we are doing a pub crawl in lurgan, we do it every year a big crowd of us will head in and have a pint in each pub, then prob end up in the local nightclub
And on n.y.e my mates having a fancy dress party in his house
So all in all i'm really looking forward to christmas

He told me, that Gabba is called "the Metal of electronic music".
But being a drummer, I doubt he will listen to anything that uses a 4 to the floor beat. At least I can talk to him about music very often and intensly.
This probably explains, why I like to listen to Symphonic Metal as well.

eh -_- working from 11am on saturday morning till close (christmas eve)
its the 'orphans christmas' at my boyfriends on that night ie: all our friends that dont have family and stuff we get together and have a few drinks etc etc....
then driving to my mums on christmas day..
boxing day is reserved for cricket..(not my choice) haha

Since the next monday is St. Stephen's Day, i have one whole day off, plus we get off on friday 2 hours early.
Need to buy gifts for my sisters daughters. Probably going to drink on friday, if i can get the stuff at work done in time. Go to my mothers on saturday. Stay the night (with the cats that she dislikes) and sneak out for a couple of beers with my friends. Shit loads of work already planned for next week, so need to keep it short.

I really should go out during the holidays, due I feel some kind of depression phase returning as it gets closer to christmas (the last two days were horrible: my worst days since January).
