Was thinking about that, but hate the fan sounds of the PC and for some reason my video cards HDMI output as 1080p doesn't work (seems to be a problem at Nvidia, that they refuse to fix).

Also got a bunch of Japanese and Korean movies.
Can you not just code one to run both? That's what I did with my DVD player, just followed a guide online to unblock regions.

bluray players are harder to remove regions from. And those can be done (atleast 1 year ago) costs way to much

alot of bluray players can get their DVD part region free, but the actually bluray is different as there is not Region-Free Blueray Region (like DVD Region 0)

Need to order a new custom T-shirt tonight. In addition, I'll be buying the 4th Game of Thrones book.

AFAIK, BD region codes are done by hardware, not software. So its much harder. I could buy a player for every region and it would cost as much as a proper region free one.

Those "no brand" models cost more then the Smasung i bought, that i know will support all the latest stuff. Their too risky for me. Plus i already had the one for the B region.

what model is that samsung? If I could make the DVD part regionfree, I could always get on myself, as I already got the PS3 for Region 2/B movies

TBH, BD players are much worse then DVD players. So i've kept my old region free Sony for DVD's. And only use the BD players for BD movies. The one i bought was BD-D5500.
