True productions is making a point to host this competition on a quarterly basis. It is a great way for us as promoters to get a look at local talent, and for you as dj`s to gain great exposure (and its fun too!). This contest will be placing you into a group time slot with your other fellow contestants who spin your same/ or similar genre of music (ie.. hip hop/ breaks/ house/ trance/ techno/ jungle/ hardkore.. etc.). Each group will be judged by a panel of more established DJs from the New England area. (There is a different panel of judges for each genre group to make things fair). The 1st place winning DJ for each group will win an opportunity to play a FULL TIME SLOT at an upcoming Asylum event. For more info on how to sign up, call (413) 781-9003 or check www.truecrew.com.
