Finished to listen to it yesterday. There are a lot of good Freeform tracks included tmo.
I didn't like some of the added "effects" in your mix, but I guess that's just because of my own taste of hardcore.

Thanks for having a listen man, glad you liked the tracklist :). If your talking about the pitch thing I kept doing, I now know it sounds terrible. It's one of those things that when I was mixing it sounded cool, then the more I played it back the less I liked it.

I don't know if this is called "pitching" (no DJ over here  ), but for example, I didn't like the effect in Skeets Vs. Cosmic Gate - Exploration Of Space starting at 32:52 min.

Big up Stray. Will try a) get listening to these, b) get them on Hardcore Highlights when I get myself sorted and b) try catch the live show tomorrow!

@Warnman - Yeah, that's the pitching thing. I didn't like it after listening and re-listening, so methinks I won't be doing it again :P
@Jay - No dramas man, I noticed there haven't been any updates on HH and put it down to you coming back from Thailand :). I appreciate the shout outs whenever you do get around to it :)

Never say never! It might works being used in a different way in a different track. And still it is my personal opinion, only.
There shouldn't be any taboos in a genre like Hardcore.

If it was just other peoples comments saying they didn't like it I'd keep doing it. But it's also my opinion that I don't like it either, so I won't do it anymore :P. Funnily enough the example you used of Exploration was the only time I liked how it sounded, but the other 3 or 4 times I just didn't think it worked after listening back so I'll can the idea :)
