Its a fine piece of work. As I said on soundcloud I think you're working with the leads very well. Most of the transitions into the drops or different areas are good too, the only one that didnt sound quite right to me was the first transition into the pads in the first breakdown. It was a little sudden. Might have needed an impact sample or a single kick with a layered cymbal and filtered pads just to tidy it up and make it feel a little more natural. Again, good work though. Its a nice track :D

thank you for the comment mate!!!!

oh yeah i see your point about the first breakdown, i'll get right to it, and there is few other changes i might do aswell. Do you think this would be good enough track to send some hardcore labels ?

I think its worth sending it to a few labels. One other thing I think might need some work is the percussion. At the moment the kick is huge, and I dont think the hats and shaker shines through enough. The kick is perhaps a little too controlling and the level could be lowered a little I think just to help it mesh and gel into the track a bit more.

What labels? Hmm its hard to say. I'm not really too in touch with what labels still operate really. We really need a label encyclopedia on this forum.

I'd say its worth sending it to Knock Out Recs. The owner of that is a very nice guy.

There are a few labels that probably wont pay out, and the thing with smaller labels is that they dont have allot to lose by screwing you over. If I were you, before accepting to have a track released on a label, make sure there's some kind of contractual agreement. If you can, be paid up front for the track, rather than down the line. If they pay you down the line, make sure the track is signed with it clear that if you arent paid by XXX date they havent paid anything for exclusivity and you are free to do whatever with the track. I dont know the ins and outs because I have limited and bad experience with labels. But if there was one solid bit of advice, make sure you get label references from other artists signed to the labels, and avoid any small German labels with names beginning with 'B'.
