I found a website that provides many rave mixed tapes from the 90ies for free. One category is Happy Hardcore with well known DJs like Frisky and Anaboloic Frolic. Enjoy:

Wouldn't that be even more exotic? I mean, I can barely remember an american hardcore scene? I always read about canadian raves back in the 90ies.
