I decided to close it down for a few different reasons. I'd messed around with the system a lot and as a result I had to have people re-sign up a few times, I felt bad about this and felt it made a few people turn off from the idea of the site. Also, I don't have the energy to keep the entire site up to date by myself and I don't really think the hardcore community is in need of a site like that at the moment. Facebook is killing off a lot of forums and stuff and I don't have the motivation to try and compete at the moment.
We had a great system in place and started to get a nice core group of followers but it just wasn't working imo. Maybe in the future people might want a new site but right now it doesn't seem that way.
