Okay so:

1) This track has been ripped to death, no matter what genre. Avoid it.
2) That bassline was pretty crap :P
3) It seems like the vocals are a tiny little bit faster than the actual track.
4) That melody doesn't fit to the vocals imo. Probably this is just me since I'm used to hear another melody to this song, so it sounds strange and unusual for me.
5) Percussions are good

But nice to see someone else having a go at Breakbeat Hardcore! Keep it up and you'll be there soon :)

I like the vocal, I like the melody, (I wish it was 4/4, but your goal is breakbeat, so it works), the only thing that got me was the repetitive mid-section...could you not hype it up a bit in the middle instead of the same notes over and over?

Hey that was just some constructive feedback :) The main problem I think is the bassline, make it stronger and there you have a really much better track.

Yeah I once also sent a track to Jon Doe and he said it was great :P I really need to finish it one day...

Thanks for the feedback, yeah I may be changing it. I've been told to leave it as it is, we'll see what happens though.

Just do what appeals to you the most ;) If you like it the way it is - then leave it like that. I for example like stronger basslines (like what Reese does), and if you think this is what you've been after and that the current track feels incomplete, then you'll probably change it :) But it's all up to you and what YOU think is good and how YOU think it should be :) good luck!

ps: I love floorbiz bonanza :p

Lol! How condescending, where is your breakbeat hardcore then? I expect wonders with that kind of confidence.

You already know how I feel Sam, absolute tune!

I really hate it when people who get critisised reply with 'go do better'. You have producers and you have listeners and sometimes the listener doesnt like the music. Its too easy for a producer to get arsey and say 'well you go produce stuff'. Its a pet peev. But revs is being a dick.. so i guess its warranted...

Personally I disagree with Revs though, the track has some great breaks, lovely piano riffs, and that bassline is so fluid and atmospheric. Its mixing some nice euphoric and atmospheric sounds with the rapid chaotic nature of hardcore. Kudos for mixing such heavenly parts of a track with the darker side.

Who cares if everyone has used that vocal sample once or twice? I've used the entire acapella :p

Pretty nice track imo, like the early 90s vibe to it, especially the stabs >:D Marvellous subtle arp around the middle of the clip, and the second part where it's gets dirtier is also good! :)
