Average.
Some tracks had allot of distortion.
Some tracks were lower quality than others.
Levels were up and down, track to track. And some tracks must have had the EQing altered because some were mostly low-end...
Mixing was mildly average.
The tracks came from different eras of hardcore and it meant mixing was compromoised and there was no actual theme to it..
Mixing is meant to make a style or theme sound more continuous. This sounded too random for me.

i actually only play vinyls. my main problem is the fact that my mixer is complete shit and sometimes it goes in and out and lies to me. lol

I have the same problem. My Numark DM1002MX has faulty areas and it wont mix at all well.
I just us it as a medium for my PC to record live music and record a microphone input.

i think that is the same mixer that i use. mine might be the model before that. it is only a two channel mixer. i apreciate the constructive comments. i have been djing for seven years and have never had the ability to record a mix so im still learning the ins and outs. i hope that you continue to listen to the stuff i put out because i definatly will take what you have said to me and make my mixes better. i know i can beat match really good so now i just need to practice alot more than i have been. keep intouch man.
