Future Rave Anthems 2
Mixed & Compiled By DJ Faydz

LABEL: Can You Feel It Media // Catalogue No.: CYFI DC12 // Format: 2 x Full Length 320k MP3 DJ Mixes // RELEASE DATE: Out Now // RRP: 10.99

In two years of running Can You Feel It, this is our most exciting release to date. Faydz is an exceptional DJ talent Slipmatt & Billy Daniel Bunter

DJ Faydz is what I call a proper DJ, a true technical genius who intertwines classic old school sounds with up to date grooves. This new album shows once again why Faydz is at the top of his game and is a must have to any dance music enthusiast Joey Riot

Following on from the smash success of DJ Twistas Future Rave Anthems which provided a fresh and inventive new take on a collection of thoroughly old skool rave music and delivered it in a bang up to date style, Can You Feel It Media are proud to present the very eagerly awaited follow up volume Future Rave Anthems 2. This time the compilation takes an even more explorational turn and is mixed and compiled by one of underground dance musics longest running legends DJ Faydz.

This exciting new compilation presented over two mixes is due for a digital download only release and features the internationally recognised mix and scratch hero breaking new ground and smashing the barriers wide open by bringing together rave breaks, fidget house, dubstep, hardcore breaks, electro, J-Tek and tear out breaks and tightly mixing them together, providing an entertaining and highly addictive package that can only be described as the finest and freshest rave music compilation available on download right now. Never before have you heard a compilation series quite like it, ticking all the boxes for imagination, experimentation, creativity and a well informed sense of playing the right tunes at the right time. This has been perfectly captured here in this 2 mix digital album which is available now at all good digital download platforms including Can You Feel It Media, iTunes and Track It Down for just 10.99.

Without a doubt one of the biggest talents to emerge from the 21st century rave scene, Faydz is an artist that has worked tirelessly over the last two decades on a finely tuned ear for a crowd pleasing track and a taste for the very best big room rave anthems from all genres of the underground dance music spectrum. Hes versatile in his choices and style, is unique in both his productions and performances globally on the main stage of some the rave scenes mightiest parties (including the infamous Hardcore Heaven, Hardcore Till I Die, Raindance, Raverbaby, Uproar, Helter Skelter and Slammin Vinyl parties amongst others) and has an established body of work on a number of labels that has fast seen him become in that time easily one of the most talented forerunners in his field.

The album, is an eclectic mix of tunes merging a variation of styles that mashes up live samples with effortless scratching across no less than 32 tracks over two full length DJ mixes and was recently showcased in part on Kutskis World famous BBC Radio One show and Slipmatts infamous Ministry Of Sound radio show.

Featuring not just one, but four tracks from the studio of the Faydz himself (alongside Danny Unkut and Vinyl Junkie), the album also includes a number of rave anthems past, present and future from artists such as Slipmatt, Billy Daniel Bunter, Rozalla, Seduction, Ramos, Supreme & Sunset Regime, Tango & Ratty, Vinyl Junkie, The Flashback Project, The Full Time Superstars Feat. Sho Sho and Guru Josh Project; not forgetting to mention some awesome and selected exclusive remixes from Rocket Pimp, Sparky, Rat Pack & Shimano, Slipmatt and Billy Daniel Bunter also all bundled into two full length digital download mixes perfect for your pre and post rave land adventures.

Taking the bar and not only raising it, but smashing it into the stratosphere in terms of invention, innovation and originality, Faydz focus is clearly on delivering over two hours of dedicated dance floor damagers, uplifting piano led vocal classics and fresh cuts. Here, presented in a new school style all its own, Future Rave Anthems 2 is not just about promoting a finely mixed selection of great rave music it is great rave music.

Be sure to experience this pleasant assault on your musical senses today!

sorry, but what's this doing here again?

shouldn't "rave breaks" be considered a different genre now?

It is still an off-shoot of uk hardcore is it not?

This album is quite a bit different than the 1st volume. From the song clips I've heard from the album, it contains different styles with quite alot of electro-influenced tunes which may appeal to some people.

Correct, it is indeed an off-shoot.

Influenced by rave in all it's aspects to be fair and providing something a little different whilst remixing a few classics in the process.
