ok another post- in perth they have R.O.A.R posted on every flyer i see. but no one seems to know what it meens- so what the ****ing hell is it doing on there. yeah my point- so if you know what it stands for please update me.

Is stands for Refusal Of Admission Rights. :)

ive always heard it was Rights of Admission Reserved....
and basically it means if they dont want you to come in they dont have to let you!

From what I've heard, it is "Rights of Admision Reserved". As I understand it, the authorities are encouraging this practice as a way of keeping the "undesirable element" out of the parties.
