Hey everyone. Not sure if I've posted this in the right place but here goes. I've been into Hardcore since I was 13 and I'm now 26 but I've never really had a go at producing any of my own stuff, until now that is.

I've got a song up on my My Space page entitled 'Getting A Bit Better At Hardcore' and was wondering if anyone would take the time to go and have a listen to it and give me some constructive criticism.

Cheers!

You've got the basics down but all that could really be said now is to keep studying the music and trying to replicate what you hear. You'll soon start to pick it up I'm sure.

Read up on synthesis, EQ and Compression. Good places to start.

To be honest I find the track a bit dull. Maybe it's just the sounds you've used in combination with the track style but it's just not for me.

I agree with Audio Warfare regarding reading up on EQ and compression. The track really needs work on the mixdown and so on. Good start though so stick at it.
