Two Recent Funky House Mixes For You All! :D
Impish - Summer Time House
I have a tan! So this must mean it’s officially summer now! Off the back off a nice, warm summers day comes a new summer house mix for you all to enjoy while firing up the barbeque! Some remixes of classics with some new tunes all mixed together on my Denon DN-S1000 CD decks.
A note on the last tune – this is an anthem, an amazing musical master piece. It’s official. Period. Every time I hear this tune it just feels like it warms my soul... Quite an odd feeling and sounds very over dramatic but it honestly does! Get it on your headphones, turn up to a nice loud volume and forward to about 60:00:30 into the mix and you’ll get what I mean. ..

Impish - Funkier Menorca
Fresh from the CD decks is a new house mix in celebration of paying for our summer holiday and to get us in the mood for it too! No prizes for guessing where we’re going! ;)
Starting off with a remix of a tune that will be forever known to the G13 Crew as their road trip tune to Scotland – ah the memories.... The petrol station that looks like the set of the hills have eyes was one of the best bits!
Anyway, there’s also quite a few remixes of popular tracks currently in the charts and things I’ve had lying around my desktop for a few months. I’m also lucky enough to get a promo mp3 of the gypsy woman 09 remix which I’m glad to say is included in the mix. Of course i finished off the mix with a classic, I’m sure you’ll agree!
This is a mix of a few styles that are popular at the moment: funky house, electro house and the odd bit of trance type stuff. Enjoy!
