Afternoon all,
Just thought id post up a clip of my first track out of my own studio.
Had no tweaks from Darwin on this one, So feedback would be appreciated. Think maybe the mixdown needs tweaking But im a bit deaf in my right ear from Freeformation atm haha.
Anyways This will Feature on my new Label that i will be running with MC Macca called "Strictly for the purist"
Its going to be an outlet for our personal projects only at the moment. I think we are going to do a 2 CD Release first off with a Mix CD and then a DJ Friendly CD but thats not 100% yet.
Tracks we have so far for our label are
Darwin, Obie & Macca - Hardcore Soldier (Orgnial & Firefly rmx)
Obie & Macca - Seven (Org & Darwin rmx tbc)
Obie - Relentless
Obie & Skyva - The Victim
Obie ft Darwin - Lyrical Cannibal (Org & Rmx tbc)
Anyways back to the tune in hand comments welcome and feedback please. Still learning my way around the mac :D

Yeah, sounded nice but the leads weren't driving enough for my liking. Bit floaty which is nice but the track doesn't seem to take off.

Sounds good with the label.. :)
Listening to tune now,
Sounds wicked and energetic so far, nice bouncy kick and acid! I'm not sure i like the off-beat bass though. After the breakdown, i think the lead could be more energetic and powerful. Nice riff though !!! Nice 2nd breakdown.
Pretty cool tune, good luck with it and good job on it!
