Attention All Exisitng Hardbeatstore Customers! Important Changes Coming Soon!
Hardbeatstore is on the move! We are due to launch a brand new and improved version of Hardbeatstore.com this MONDAY! This will mean that your overall shopping experience will be improved as all the technical bugs with HBS are ironed out once and for all! However there are some important changes that are to take place that will affect existing HBS customers. Please read below...
Our store is to split into 2 separate stores. One will cater for vinyl & merchandise products. The other will cater for MP3 downloads and CD singles and will be accessible at http://www.hardbeatsdownload.com. The below information is only applicable to those who will use the vinyl and merchandise store:
Personal data is unable to be transferred to the new store. This will mean that you will need to create a new account with us as your old login details will not work!
Order histories are unable to be imported into the new store. This data will be kept on file at NEC HQ for a short period after the launch of our new store, however it is always a good idea to back up any MP3s bought from us to a secure medium.
Jam Points: regrettably reward point (both pending and earned) will be lost during the transfer. We advise you to double your savings and redeem any existing points as soon as possible while our sale is still on!
Please keep an eye out for the launch of our new store where a full news post introducing the new software will explain everything in further detail.
