im not sure but along time ago sum kids at partys were really racists and shit, so the producers and promoters started this to prevent stupid shit like fights and stuff from breakin out, i mean come on, its music, we all love it, doesnt matter who we are, we all enjoy a certain thing. lets leave it at that
