Perfectly fine for a licensed station.... live365.com is a licensed station, just like happyhardcore.com radio. If this was a unlicensed station we would be editing the posts.
Every licensed station pays soundexchange for every song played based on the number of listeners at the time of the track playing. Soundexhange pays MCPS (if you live in the UK) who then pay the artist or publisher.
