a DAT tape is a small cassette that can store 10 times wot a normal casette can hold.....Killed off a bit by the Mini-Disc!! But DAT can carry Data info, and can hold 10gigs of space!!! Expensive and dont last for eva!!! Not advised!

£5 will fetch you a 35 minute tape
and i wouldn't go for any tapes longer than 60 minutes,the ribbon's too thin and you'll get dropouts

MINI-DSCS KILLED THE DAT TAPES, dont bova with em!! They r a waste of time (in my opinion) If you wanna save space buy mini-discs!

actually,thinking about it take northants advise,hell of a lot cheaper and you can listen to minidiscs on the move,unlike dats

Mouse I was recomending mini-discs DATs are shit, just like tapes!!!!! CDs are crap cus they only last on adverage for 10years!!!! MINI DISK is SUPPOSINGLY everlasting!!!! Wait 10years!!

i wondered what DAT meant as i have a tape pack that says DAT recorded.
hes the dj and im the mc were the boys who like to hype up the party.rockin to the music cause the music doesnt stop cus its the sounds of dj vibes and mc livelee get u hot.
