my bud bugs me about it cuz i paint my nails, n wear glitter
often wear some candy etc... that depends though
but i wouldnt' call myself a candy kid atall :)
lotta good peeps though, sometimes a little wacky, but always friendly :)

I've always thought of the candykids as the punkrockers of electronic music. At least clothing wise. Although they (we) are more about being ourselves than being seen.. but it's a nice side-effect =) But since Sweden is so damn RnB-friendly I get a lot of garbage thrown at me =) But.. what can you do?

I guess I'm what you would call a 'kandy raver'.. hehe..
I just love happycore, and like to have fun.. I don't even do drugs at parties any more, let alone e.. so no "rolling on" for me.. :P

I'm with you on that! When I was a dept head for Staples by my last day I had everyone wearing bracellets....Converting the masses on bracellet at at time!!!! I think We have the most fun at parties I think cuz we have the funnest clothes with the funest toys and the best bracellets.

my kandy days have been well over...too heavy and annoying to wear and try to spin or dance! plus it's just not me..

can be combersome to dance...
specially JUST after the break down, and the track really kicks in
and your all *bounce bounce boucne*
and trying desperately to keep candy from flying off yer wrists, or bouncing in your face, n so on
plus it adds muchos more heat on the wrists.. blah!
it's strange, i wear candy more when i'm not at parties than when i am...
*shrugs*
just depends on my mood i guess? i dunno
i always paint muh nails n glitter up for a party though... that just seems too important to forget ;)

[font=Arial Black][/font=Arial] Kandy Kids are nice. It just annoys me when they make candy for thems selves and never give it to anyone. There for they are not truly kandy Kids. In st. louis there are to many poser kandy kids. If you choose to be one than be one and not a attention wanter. I Find it totally neat-o when i recieve candy for my light shows So keep it up. THe only major problem is when candy breaks and messes up the dancers who trip on the beads.

Ahhh, the days of being a candy kid....Funny how the rave scene progresses, new kids come in and the raver moms and dads move up. I still have a few braceletes even, I use some as hair-ties, they work like a charm and decorate your hair. I never got the concept of whistles though, I guess my breath was always taxed to much from dancing. Keep The Vibe Alive!!!

I used to have a huge bag full of kandy...but one night i decided to dump it out on the middle of my floor and let a bunch of kids fight over the bracelets...it was pretty entertaining actually..

however on USH its fassionable to slate somthing, at the moment, its Vibes, Vinylgroover, Kaos, and Raverbaby stuff a.k.a Sped up trance
btw none of the above views are mine, i love the cheese and raverbaby stuff heh, and i spose some of the female candy ravers in pics look ok, u just dont see em in this country, probably cos most of our raves have a big DnB room too, and there would probably be a big scrap but heh oh well

I too put candy in my hair.....Whistles i only see some people with them i think it is used when u c a dj and to get loud above the cheering and yelling. It is an attention getter. There havent been any good parties late-ly in the stl so no one i have seen has bee wearing them late-ly
