Is the new remix of "You're My Angel" by Re-Con, it certainly sounds so.
It's the version with quite a few kicks and bass while the tune's still building up. One of my favourite remixes so far.

Anyone help?

I think you're on about the Gammer remix, that's the most recent one anyway. Absolutely amazing track, probably my favourite at the the moment.
