I loaded a midi file into Fl studio but when i press play no sound comes out, does anyone no how to fix it?

aslong as you have a sound loaded in aswell either vst or sampler then the only thing tht could be wrong is the midi flie itself.

You need to have the port on the midi channels set to that of the midi synth on the sound card :) To check that, go to Options > Midi settings. Secondly, make sure the midi volume is un-muted on the volume fcontrol :)

If you can't manage to do it that way, load an instance of Fruity LSD into a FX channel, then assign all the midi channels to that, and you should be able to hear them :)

Otherwise, copy the notes from the midi channels into VSTi or sampler channels :)
