Basically i've been asked by a band to do eletronics for them. Which involves buying a sampler, or a keybaord with one built in or something?
Anyone recommend me something not too expensive? :)
Basically i want something i can write sounds on using reason and export as wav/mp3 or something and stick them on the sampler. :)

I always liked the Roland/Boss samplers at the budget end of the market.... the current one on the market seems to be theSP404
http://www.turnkey.co.uk/tkweb/stockdetail.jsp?sku=BOSS-SP404&context=WEB Only drawback is that theres no direct way to transfer direct to sampler (USB/SCSI etc) - however it does read wavs off compact flash, so you could get a flash reader for your PC and write it to disk. If you have a bit more to spend then you can pick up an Akai MPC1000 for about £500. I think turnkey also have an MPC2000 B Stock for a similar price if your quick though
