okay, this topic is prolly gonna end up inconclusive and subject to matter of opinion.
but ill post it anyway
Does anyone else think that the Cubase sound engine is better than Fruity Loops.
A mate of mine whos been using FL all this time is saying when he uses vsts in Cubase, they sound so much better.
And also, when he rewires FL to cubase running the same project, it sounds much better as well.
dont know if this is a matter of him convincing his ears so, or is there a popular opinion that the sound engine in Cubase is much better.
Im thinking perhaps FL could be blocking out some minor harmonics from vsts, since vst was started as a Steinberg Cubase tool.
An opinion from someone whos used both to a certain degree would be good ; )
